We managed the catering contracts on behalf of the Bromley Schools Catering Consortium.
The Consortium had more than 40 member schools in the London Borough of Bromley, who each had contracts with three contractors.
We co-ordinated meetings between the schools and contractors (at least 1 per term), evaluated performance against take-up and feedback from schools.
These contracts terminated in March 2018 and the Consortium arrangement has ceased. We have successfully supported all those schools, groups of schools and Multi Academy Trusts previously part of the Consortium to arrange new and robust catering arrangements.
